We collect your name, email address, phone number, and the payment identifiers you register — such as your UPI ID or Paytm number — along with device and IP data generated during your sessions to secure your account.

Payment identifiers like UPI IDs and Paytm handles are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not store full card numbers. Access to payment records is restricted to the reconciliation team and is logged for audit purposes.

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only where legally required — for instance, with payment processors to complete a UPI or PhonePe transaction — and we contractually require those processors to protect your data.

Identity and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable Indian regulations. When that period ends, personal data is deleted from active systems; anonymised aggregate data may be retained for analytics only.
